Here is a list of just some of our organic meats we provide, we are happy to advise you on different cuts of meat not now found in the modern supermarkets of today.

We have our own Smoke House on the premises so we dry cure and smoke our bacons. Our chickens are organic free-range birds who, are soon to be our own home reared organic free-range chickens as we have just won our appeal for our application to rear them at Sandpit Farm, and of course our beef is also from our own South Weald herd.
